Honey Balsamic Squash and Tomatoes

| 2 tablespoons | Olive oil |
| 3 cloves | Garlic, peeled |
| 1 | Yellow squash, halved and sliced |
| To taste | Salt and pepper |
| 1 tablespoon | Fresh basil, sliced |
| ½ cup | Halved cherry tomatoes |
| 1-2 teaspoons | Honey* |
| 1-2 tablespoons | Balsamic vinegar* |
| *Adjust to your personal taste | |
- In a large skillet, over medium high heat, carefully cook garlic in hot oil until evenly browned.
- Add squash and and cook until lightly browned on both sides.
- Add salt, pepper, basil and tomatoes and cook until tomatoes soften (just a few minutes).
- Add honey and balsamic vinegar and bring to a simmer. Done!
