Welcome to Susan's Cooking School!
Our classes are currently being held in the kitchen of
Grace Church on
the corner of Elizabeth and Genesee Streets in downtown Utica. Come and
learn not only how to follow a recipe (and we have some great ones),
but to expand your knowledge of ingredients, techniques, and tools,
enjoying an up-close and personal culinary experience.
Classes are taught by Susan Sady, who with her husband Dariusz,
operated Polonaise Restaurant in South Utica for nineteen
years.

Susan's Cooking School will be presenting a cooking workshop, Mediterranean
Summer Barbeque,
at Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute on Wednesday, July 28 and
Thursday, July 29, from 6 - 9:30 pm. The menu includes grilled Armenian
losh kebab (skewered fresh ground lamb with veggies and spices),
Moroccan couscous, grilled vegetable salad, seasoned flatbread,
amaretto grilled peaches with ice cream and pistachios. A glass of wine
be be served, too!

You'll learn how to make some great recipes while enjoying a fun summer
barbeque!

Our new schedule for Fall 2010 is in the planning stages and should be online soon.
We look forward to offering some classes in conjunction with Mohawk Valley Community College in the Fall of 2010. Information will be posted as soon as it is available.
